Intentional Leader Program
Designed for groups of up to 20 people, our leadership development program increases self-awareness, enhances communication skills, and strengthens emotional intelligence, allowing leaders to lead with greater intentionality and impact. The cohort approach deepens relationships amongst colleagues, resulting in stronger collaboration post-program.
The program is delivered virtually (or with a combination of virtual and in-person sessions) over 6 months and includes a self-rated assessment, group workshop modules, coaching between modules, and an online hub to maximize learning.
- With One-on-One Coaching
Each participant works one-on-one with an Executive Coach between modules to pull through learnings and apply them to their own unique situations within the context of the organization. - With Group Coaching
A team of two coaches works with the whole cohort in a group setting to help participants process learnings and apply them in the current environment to increase their personal and organizational impact.

- Discover – Through a series of targeted interviews and assessments, we determine the team’s overall health and identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in cohesion and productivity.
- Design – After the discovery phase, we will work with your stakeholders to design a customized solution to meet your unique needs.
- Deploy – .During the implementation phase, our coaches will use the targeted and actionable roadmap developed in the Design phase to ensure that effort is being applied to the areas that will yield results.
