Designed for senior leaders, this program combines executive coaching with career transition consulting to help leaders optimize their next career move. Because the path is different for everyone, we tailor our approach to address the critical needs and goals of the individual.
The Executive Career Transition Program includes:
- Senior Career Consultant / Certified Executive Coach and access to a team of advisors
- Executive assessments to deepen self-awareness and develop strategies to maximize strengths and impact
- Strategy Roundtable – facilitated bi-weekly peer networking group with guest speakers
- Discretionary executive allowance

ClearPath
Retirement is a major life transition. It is not only about leaving a job, but also letting go of part of an individual’s identify and entering an uncharted routine and lifestyle. ClearPath is a highly personalized program that takes a holistic approach to preparing people for all that retirement has to offer so that they can move forward in this phase of life with confidence and joy.
Recognizing the opportunities and threats that occur during organizational change is an important step to inform the path forward.
Our Forward Focus Workshops provide a platform for employees and managers to open the lines of communication, leading to innovation and collaboration following a downsizing or change initiative.
A themes roll-up and debrief session with the sponsor or executive team is included with in program price.

In the employee version of Strengthening Our Future, we introduce the transition model and discuss its impact on emotions, share reactions to organizational changes, identify strategies to help individual and organization move forward, and share ideas, concerns, and recommendations for leadership team.
Compass
One-on-one career assessment and development help employees navigate an ever-changing professional landscape, assess their current situation, and create a roadmap for success. Compass is appropriate for various levels of employees and provides the opportunity to navigate career options that best align with their strengths, skills, and interests.
The Compass Program Includes:
- One-on-one consulting with a career coach to help individuals conduct a thorough analysis of accomplishments and competencies and evaluate their career path and trajectory.
- Personal and career assessments to help identify strengths, values, drives, and the type of work that would be most satisfying.
- Identify skill gaps and develop strategies to help them get from where they are to where they want to go.
- Strengthen professional brand and clarify value proposition verbally and through a resume, social media, and networking profile.
