Welcome to Module 3: Effective Communication

Facts are facts. Everything else is everything else.

~Difficult Conversations

Module Overview

In Modules 1 and 2 we looked inward to understand our drivers and behaviors and learned how our past experiences shape our current perspectives.  We explored how our brains process complex information and reviewed the many tools we have to manage our emotions and build resilience.

In Module 3 we will look outward.

We will delve into how our mindsets, beliefs, and create the “stories” that affect how we communicate.  We will practice how to shift our perspectives in the service of understanding others and building and maintaining solid relationships. The ability to work through difficult issues is critical to business (and personal) success.
