In our previous four modules, we have laid the foundations for strong leadership through our focus on self, communication, and team leadership. In Module 5, we will explore what “leadership” means to you and will take a deep dive into the importance (and challenge) of influence and the value of being a coaching leader. We will build awareness around aligning your leadership brand with your values. As part of this discussion, we will look at the leader’s imperative to manage polarities in today’s complex business world and address the specific challenges of managing teams in a hybrid workplace.
