Module Overview

We will explore what “leadership” means and will take a deep dive into the importance (and challenge) of influence and the value of being a coaching leader. We will build awareness around aligning your leadership brand with your values. As part of this discussion, we will look at the leader’s imperative to manage polarities in today’s complex business world and address the specific challenges of managing teams in a hybrid workplace.

  2. Understand the importance of organization-wide thinking.
  3. Discuss the challenge of influence.
  4. Further explore how to become a coaching leader. ​
  5. Review expectations for Module 6.
