A journey of a thousand miles begins with a simple step.
– Lao Tzu
We are thrilled to be joining you over the next seven months as we work together in building the competencies that will help you prepare to drive results at your institution. We are deeply committed to making this program meaningful and enjoyable.
A kick-off meeting will be held in-person with fellows, facilitators, and TBC representatives.
Location: The Boston Consortium for Higher Education,
130 Rumford Avenue, Suite 213
Auburndale, MA 02466

Before each module, you will have 30 minutes – 60 minutes of pre-work to help prepare you to get the most out of our time together. We will also ask you to review materials and fill out your self-reflection worksheet before the module as a way to track your progress and thoughts throughout the program. This worksheet is for your use only and will be helpful in your preparation for the group coaching sessions. Links to the pre-work, reflection worksheets, and any other resources can be found in this hub.

Every month between Modules, you will participate in a 90-minute group coaching session. The first meeting will serve as an orientation to better get to know one another and what to expect from subsequent Group Coaching sessions. The subsequent sessions will consist of a combination of group discussion and breakouts in which you will discuss challenges related to the previous module’s topic and coach one another to pull through the learnings and apply them to your day-to-day work.
