We are thrilled to be joining you as we work together over the next nine months to cultivate a robust collaborative culture and foster psychological safety across the Holy Cross Senior Leadership Team.
Through a combination of facilitated workshops, team assessment and interviews, and individual assessments and coaching, we will work closely with you to identify current issues/challenges, assess leadership styles, establish performance expectations, conduct teambuilding efforts, and provide individual coaching for improvement. We are deeply committed to making this program meaningful and enjoyable. We ask you to bring your whole selves to the program so that you, your colleagues and the College can reap the greatest value.
Your program, which is designed to serve your organization’s unique values and goals will include the following elements.


Before each workshop, you will have 30 minutes – 60 minutes of pre-work to help prepare you to get the most out of our time together. Links to the pre-work and any other resources can be found in this hub.


You will each be assigned a coach who will meet with you before and after each group workshop. Your first two sessions will occur prior to the first workshop to review your Predictive Index Behavioral and EQ-i assessments and to give us a chance to get to know one another. These meetings will provide you with one-on-one support to help you process the learnings from the workshops and apply them to your day-to-day work. Coach pairings will take place once you have filled out the intake questionnaire.
