The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment measures the motivations and drives of individuals in the workplace. This information provides insights into decision making, communication, delegation and comfort level with risk and helps to align individuals with jobs, managers, organizational needs and culture. There are four factors measured: Dominance: the drive to exert influence and control over people and events Extroversion: the drive for social interaction Patience: the drive for consistency and familiarity Formality: the drive for rules and structure
These four key factors – or key behavioral drives – provide a simple framework for understanding workplace behaviors.
