Sing the praises of ClearRock, indeed!  Some of the feedback I cherish most is from one of our clients who said, “working with ClearRock is a consistently positive experience no matter who you are working with.”  I am so proud of our team, their professionalism, expertise and the way they go above and beyond every day! I am excited to grow this firm so that more exceptional people can work here. #ClearRock is always on the lookout for top talent.

I also want to grow our firm so that we can do more to elevate the performance of organizations and unlock potential in people!  We are nimble and our business model positions us to customize our approach to “meet the needs of people where they are” both figuratively and literally, giving us the greatest opportunity for impact. In addition to our core team and consultants we have over 200 partners through our affiliation with the Global Outplacement Alliance and Predictive Index.  These partnerships have extended our reach and capability to unlock potential in employees at very phase of the employee lifecycle in the Boston Metro area and beyond. Thank you to all of our clients who have been part of our journey thus far and to those we haven’t met yet!

P.S If you saw the print addition, I’d like to introduce my cat, Kevin, photo-bomber extraordinaire  : )

Warmly,

Laura Poisson
