Welcome to the Susan Vogt Leadership Development Program 2.0
September 2024 – March 2025
We are thrilled to be joining you over the next seven months as we work together in building the competencies that will help you prepare you to drive results at your institute. We are deeply committed to making this program meaningful and enjoyable. We ask you to bring your whole selves to the program so that you, your cohort and the institution can reap the greatest value.
In Person Alignment and Kick-Off, Sept 12, 2024, 11am-3pm
A kick-off meeting will be held in-person with fellows, facilitators, and TBC representatives.

Pre-Work and Self Reflection
Before each module, you will have 30 minutes – 60 minutes of pre-work to help prepare you to get the most out of our time together. We will also ask you to review materials and fill out your self-reflection worksheet before the module as a way to track your progress and thoughts throughout the program. This worksheet is for your use only and will be helpful in your preparation for the group coaching sessions. Links to the pre-work, reflection worksheets, and any other resources can be found in this hub.

Monthly Group Coaching
Every month between Modules, you will participate in a 90-minute group coaching session. The first meeting will serve as an orientation to better get to know one another and what to expect from subsequent Group Coaching sessions. The subsequent sessions will consist of a combination of group discussion and breakouts in which you will discuss challenges related to the previous module’s topic and coach one another to pull through the learnings and apply them to your day-to-day work.
